Salurn/Salorno
Salurn/Salorno is the southernmost town in South Tyrol, marking the border between the German-speaking and Italian-speaking areas. It also represents the end of the Wine Road. The locality is renowned for being the largest enclosed area for cultivating the grapes that produce the region’s white wines. Its symbol is the Haderburg Castle, an imposing structure dating back to the 13th century. For an unforgettable bike ride, there's the Via Claudia Augusta, the most popular cycle path of South Tyrol.
