The euro-regional race unveils its 2025 edition on Thursday evening, November 21, followed hours later by the international assembly of race organizers, making Trentino cycling's global hub for two days

The countdown to Tour of the Alps 2025 (April 21-25) begins with a significant milestone in 48 hours on North Lake Garda's shores. The 2025 route of the euro-regional stage race will be unveiled on Thursday, November 21, at 7:00 PM at the Riva del Garda Congress Center. The event has established itself as a cornerstone of professional cycling, earning worldwide recognition for its innovative racing format and organizational model, enhanced by the stunning landscapes of its host regions - Tirol, Südtirol/Alto Adige, and Trentino.

The race's international profile - with broadcasts reaching 100 Countries worldwide and a partnership with sports marketing leader Infront - generated media value exceeding €17 million in its latest edition. This global reach will be further evidenced by the prestigious audience gathering for the 2025 edition's presentation.

The world's leading race organizers are converging on Trentino for their association's annual assembly (AIOCC), hosted this year by Tour of the Alps and G.S. Alto Garda. The meeting takes place on Friday, November 22, at 9:30 AM, also at the Riva del Garda Congress Center.

The Tour of the Alps welcomes Christian Prudhomme, Tour de France Director and AIOCC President, alongside approximately 100 international organizations including cycling's most prestigious event organizers: ASORCS SportUnipublic, and Flanders Classics among others. The gathering also brings together cycling's highest authorities, including UCI President David Lappartient and UEC President Enrico Della Casa, plus the leaders of both Tour of the Alps host nations' cycling federations - Cordiano Dagnoni of Italy and Harald Mayer of Austria.

"We are honored to welcome cycling's most significant figures and highest authorities to Trentino," said Maurizio Rossini, CEO of Trentino Marketing"This recognition acknowledges both our region's enduring connection with the sport and the forward-thinking vision of the Tour of the Alps project. Together with the colleagues of Südtirol/Alto Adige and Tirol, we have developed an efficient organizational structure for an event that perfectly showcases our regions' unique characteristics. Due to its many high-quality features, particularly its constant attention to race safety - undoubtedly a central theme of this AIOCC congress - this event has earned its prominent place in the international calendar."
